Frankfort – Jason Paul Blackburn, 44, passed away on Monday, July 02, 2018. He was born in Humboldt, TN on February 11, 1974 to Pamela G. Blackburn and the late Gary A. Blackburn. Jason moved to Frankfort in 1985 and worked for Kentucky Retirement Systems for over 20 years.

He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, and a great friend to many. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, B. Scott (Tonya) Blackburn, Frankfort, and Kevin H. Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd followed by a gathering of family and friends until 4:00pm.

Dr. John Opsata will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children and Youth Ministries at First Christian Church.
