Jean Cowley, 79, of Cache passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 at her home. She was born July 6, 1939 in Walters, Oklahoma to Claude and Emma (Spence) Watts. Jean married James R. Cowley in 1982 and was happily married for 37 years.

Jean is survived by her husband James Cowley, Sr., her children, Wayne Correll and daughter-in-law Gigi, DeLana Johnsen and son-in-law George, Lisa McComas and son-in-law Mark, James Cowley, Jr. & daughter-in-law Sheryl Liepins, Leroy Cowley & daughter-in-law Susan, daughter-in-law Tammy Elkins & husband Joe, Richard Cowley & daughter-in-law Janice, grandchildren, Christopher Correll, Chase Correll, Kristen Collins, Justin Coughenour, Haley Sells, Elisha Spradlin, Robert Cowley, August Cowley, April Russo, Melissa Laughy, James Cowley, III, Ava Cowley, Ashley Cowley, Jace Cowley, Emily Cowley and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Arthur Cowley.
