Jean Daguerre May 29, 1941 – April 23, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Jean P. Daguerre age 77, passed away at Peninsula Nursing Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. He was born on May 29, 1941 in Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti. He later made his way to New York in the early 80s, where he worked as a taxi driver to provide for his family.

He was known as a hard worker putting in long hours. He lived his life to the fullest making sure everyone around him was always good whether it be cooking, doing handyman work around the house, etc. His hobbies and interests included raising his family, listening to music, playing dominos, cooking, watching soccer, boxing, wrestling and karate movies.

He is survived by: his wife, Janet Daguerre; daughters, Chantale Daguerre, Ansie Daguerre, Orphenise Daguerre, and Bernadine Daguerre-Pierre; son, Stanley Daguerre; along with six grandchildren.
