He was born April 18, 1959 in Niles, MI to Ollie Budge Breland Jr and Mary Breland. Jeffrey loved his dogs, fishing and hunting, and riding his motorcycle.

He obtained an associate’s degree in Architectural Design which gifted him the opportunity to create architectural designs for Palais Royale, The Morris Performing Arts Center, and Notre Dame. He also designed kitchens for Lowes and worked in landscape design. Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jacob Breland; his fiancé, Eryn Moore; sister, Catherine Lockwitz; and grandchildren, John Breland, Bailey Breland, Ophelia Breland, and Angus Breland.

He is preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, February 15, 2019 at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
