Obituary for Jeffrey “Buckeye Man” Chorniak Jeff “Buckeye Man” Chorniak, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at home. Jeff was born on January 22, 1961 in Columbus, Ohio to Albert and Deloris (McKee) Chorniak. Jeff was known by all as Buckeye Man.

He loved The Ohio State University Buckeyes. You could read his devotion to the Buckeye’s on fan websites. Jeff also enjoyed riding his motorcycle with friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Deloris Chorniak. Survived by his son, Jeffrey D. Chorniak; brother, David (Carol) Chorniak; nieces and nephews, Traci, David, Laura and Joshua; best friend, Bob Taynor. Family and friends will gather to honor Buckeye Man on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 4-7 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH where funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, November 16, 2018.
