Jeffrey Scott Gazaway, Sr. passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at his home. He was 51 years old. Jeff was born in Athens, GA on December 15, 1967 to the late Michael Lee Gazaway, Sr. and Brenda Farmer Hamby.

He worked for many years as a heavy equipment mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, shooting guns, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Leslie ; children, Scott, Alexis (Jonathan), and Alyssa; mother, Brenda; and siblings, Mike, Kim, Amanda, Jonathan, and Jennifer.

A service to celebrate Jeff’s life will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of McKoon Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family on Saturday from 1:00 pm until the funeral. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
