Jerald was a longtime El Reno area resident and had retired from the City of El Reno as a Street Supervisor in December 2017. He attended the Baptist Church. Jerald Served in the U.S. Navy.

Jerald loved Motorcycles, fishing and his dog: Curly Sue. Jerald was preceded in death by his parents: Jerald Clifford Leech Sr. & Evelyn Elizabeth (Manewal) Leech, a Sister: Bonnie Lynn Becker, and a infant son. Survivors include His wife Susan Shappard of the home.

Son: Troy Don Leech of Gracemont, OK. Step Son: Timothy Charles Shappard of Mesquite, TX. Step- Daughter: Dawn King of Ft.
