Steven was a graduate of Yukon High School class of 1983. He came to Eastern Oklahoma in 1966 then to El Reno in 1972 where he has resided since. He had worked in Construction.

Survivors include his father: Ronald D. Kennedy of El Reno, OK. Son: Justin Kennedy of Yukon, OK. 2 – Brothers: Brad Kennedy of Yukon, OK.

and Adrian Kennedy of El Reno, OK. 2 – Sisters: Milinda Leno of El Reno, OK. and Julie Warner of Yukon, OK.
