Obituary for Shirley Ann Mapes Shirley Ann Mapes Funeral services for Shirley Ann Mapes of El Reno will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 27, 2018 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Glen Chapman will officiate.

Interment will be in the El Reno Cemetery. Mrs. Mapes passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 in the Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Ok. She was born on April 26, 1944 in Ardmore, Alabama.

She was a longtime El Reno area resident and was the owner/ operator of her daycare business. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. Shirley loved arts and crafts but really enjoyed spending time with her family especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Stanley G. & Oetta ( Brock) Holder and Son: Stanley G. Mapes and Brother Bobby Holder. Survivors include: Son – Dean Mapes of the home. Daughter: Amanda Mapes of El Reno, OK.

3 – Sisters: Martha Ritchie of Mustang, OK. Janice Estep of Yukon, OK. and Mrs. Robert (Betty) Shedrick of Piedmont, OK.
