Jerry L Smith March 15, 1950 – March 27, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guestbook Entries| Send Sympathy Card Jerry L Smith Jerry L Smith, son of the late Alfred and Mavis Hefiner Smith was born March 15, 1950 in Thayer, Missouri and passed away March 27, 2019 at the Monette Manor Nursing Home at the age of 69 years. He married Judy Lewis May 30, 1970 in Cardwell, Missouri Mr. Smith was a veteran , having served his country in the U.S. Army. Survivors include: His wife: Judy Smith of Paragould Two sons: Brian Smith and wife, Gretchen, of Manila, AR Ryan “Chick” Smith and wife, Annie, of Paragould, Ar One brother: Danny Smith of Paragould, Ar Step-brothers: Tony, Olin, and Ricky Ridge and step sister, Shelby Jean Shultz Grandchild: Grayen Smith, other relatives, and many friends Jerry was a former resident of Cardwell, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Roger Smith, Donnie Smith and infant brother, Randy Smith. No services planned at this time and will be announced by the family at a later date.
