Dunn, NC: Mr. Jerry Bruce Neighbors, age 76, died Sunday at his residence in Winston-Salem surrounded by his loving family. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be James Holt and Carl Nelson.

Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Benson, NC Mr. Neighbors was born June 27, 1941 in Harnett County to John Bruce and Katherine Brinkley Neighbors. He was a truck driver with McLean Trucking and retired from Yellow Freight Lines. Mr. Neighbors was also a US Air Force Veteran.

Surviving is his beloved wife of 55 years, Sandra Lee Hodges Neighbors; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Greg Battle of Huntersville, NC; son, John Edward Neighbors of Dunn, NC; one granddaughter, Katherine Grace; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas E. and Jan Hodges of Dunn; one nephew, William M. Hodges; nieces, Thomma Elizabeth Hodges and Katie Thomas Hodges. The family will receive friends 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
