Angier, NC: Mrs. Rachel Green Roberts, age 79, of Angier passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018. A private graveside service was held Sunday, June 24, 2018. Mrs. Roberts was born January 22, 1939 in Greenville County, South Carolina to the late Toy Edward and Clatie Howell Green.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Roberts; brother, Charles Dalton Green; sister, Bobby Jean McCain; and granddaughter, Terry Lynn (Sissy) Reeves. Mrs. Roberts is survived by her sons, Terry Reeves of SC, Stephen Reeves of Angier and Tim Reeves and wife, Bonnie, of Clayton; her brother, Donald Green and wife, Janet, of SC; three grandchildren, Christy Kirby of Angier, Brandon Reeves of Clayton, & Michael Reeves of Clayton; four great-grandchildren, Phoenix Kirby, Bella Kirby, Shelby Witherspoon, and Wesley Reeves. A private visitation was held Saturday, June 23, 2018.
