Obituary for Jerry Thomas Delcore Jerry Thomas Delcore, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Friday June 22, 2018 at his residence. He was born on May 12, 1952, in Racine the son of the late Lee and Betty (nee: Prausa) Delcore. Jerry was a graduate of Wm.
Horlick High School “Class of 1970”. He was united in marriage to the former Terri Boye in Racine on November 16, 1974. Jerry furthered his education by attending and graduating with J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree from University of San Diego Law School “Class of 1979”.
He was a self-employed attorney serving the Racine community for almost forty years. Jerry enjoyed a good game of golf and was an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewers fan. Jerry is survived by his wife of forty four years, Terri, and two sons, Clayton and Weston Delcore; grandchildren, Alicia, Dillon, and Nathaniel.
He is further survived by two sisters, Sherry LaPlante, and Patricia LaPlante both of Port Richey, FL, one brother, Jeff “Fly” Delcore, nieces, nephews, other relatives, fellow colleagues, and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, James Robert Delcore and one brother-in-law, Don LaPlante. Funeral services for Jerry will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Friday June 29th, 2018 at 11 am.
Visitation will be held on Thursday June 28, 2018 from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home and on Friday from 10 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Jerry in a special way may direct memorials to the family. Jerry will be laid to rest in a private ceremony following services.
