SUMMERS Sr., Jesse Virgil, 53, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in Hosparus care. He was a painter by trade. Jesse was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Summers; father, Charles Summers Sr. and brothers, Jack and Donnie Summers.

He is survived by his loving children, Jesse Jr., Logan, Keton, Kyle and Bayleigh Summers and Kaitlyn, Ashley and Breyonna Pledger; 3 grandchildren; mother, Sylvia Summers; siblings, Jeane Thrasher, Charlotte Bell, Betty Abney and Charles Summers Jr; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. His celebration of life service will be held Sunday, February 10th at 7 p.m. at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. Visitation 2-7 p.m. Cremation will follow. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus.
