Jim Bo Zachary, 89, of Red Oak, Texas passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 in Red Oak, Texas. Jim was born on August 02, 1929 in rural Kaufman County, Texas to the late Peter Jones (Pedro) & Elsie Rhodes Zachary. Jim spent many years self employed in the construction business and loved to tinker on tractors and later in life on lawnmowers.

He loved his family and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Jim is survived by his wife of 66 years: Rita Zachary of Red Oak, Texas; 4 Daughters & Sons in Laws: Wanda and Bobby Ford of Dallas, Texas; Mary & Roger Stevenson of Ovilla, Texas; Linda and Casey Dean of Decatur, Texas; Sharry & Martin Fuentes of Ferris, Texas; 3 Brothers: Pete & Thelma Zachary of Rowlett, Texas; Billy & Kay Zachary of Rockwall, Texas and Johnny & Darla Zachary of Duncanville, Texas; 1 Sister: Mary Smith of Rockwall, Texas; 9 Grandchildren: 21 Great Grandchildren: 5 Great Great Grandchildren: Services to celebrate Jim’s life are scheduled for 4:00 PM Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the Gateway Memorial Park Cemetery in Waxahachie. Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas.
