Obituary for Jo Ann Dolan Pratt, Kansas – Jo Ann Dolan, 91, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at her home in Pratt. She was born September 3, 1927 in Springfield, Illinois to Glen and Pearl (Griffith) Durr. On December 3, 1944, she married Eugene Dolan in Springfield.

He preceded her in death in 1989. Jo was an animal lover, especially fond of her dogs. She had a very special relationship with her most recent dog, Mr. C, who was known around town.

She is survived by her sons, Rick (Sandra Ruggles) Dolan of Teaneck, New Jersey, Craig (Brenda) Dolan of Owatonna, Minnesota and Kent (Kate Dulcich) Dolan of Brooklyn, New York; grandchildren, Nola, Casey, Corey, Eugene and Greger; and special friends, Jacqueline and Darrel Cornelius of Pratt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene; parents, Glen and Pearl Durr; brother, Glen Durr and sister, Esther Burton. Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in the summer of 2019. Memorials may be made to Pratt Area Humane Society in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt.
