Joan Lovett Shephard (nee Garford), 94, of Elyria passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 at Falling Water Nursing Home following a brief illness. She was born February 12, 1924 in Elyria and was a lifelong resident of Elyria. Joan enjoyed painting and playing the piano.
