Westfield-Joan M. (Currier) Crockwell, 76, died Friday, November 2, 2018 in Noble Hospital. She was born in Plymouth, N.H. on February 27, 1942 to the late Ralph and Harriet (Williams) Currier. She grew up in Plymouth and moved to Westfield at a young age and attended Westfield Schools.

Joan enjoyed her crossword puzzles, Kindle and Facebook. She was pre-deceased by her husband Richard T. “Crocky” Crockwell in 2011, her children Sue Georgantas of Westfield, Bev Derouin of Austin, TX, Rhonda Dunlevy of Westfield, Richard T. Crockwell Jr. of Palmer, Roy Crockwell of Southwick, Charley Crockwell of Queensbury, NY, and Dan Crockwell of Toledo, Ohio. She also leaves 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews including her beloved niece Carol Jones and her dog Angel.

She was pre-deceased by her sisters Barbara and Carol Glines. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 6th from 10-11 am at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. A service will be held at 11 am.

Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
