Joanie Karen Stout April 13, 1959 – May 2, 2019 Joanie Karen Stout, 60, of Muskogee passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 in Muskogee after battling ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) for 3 years. She was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma to TJ and Louise Bogle on April 13, 1959. She went to high school in Wagoner, Oklahoma.

On June 29, 1992, Joanie married Greg Stout. Joanie worked as a Professional Car Saleswoman for many years. Her career started at Rick Vickers, moving to Lake Country for many years and retiring in 2016 from Nissan of Muskogee.

Joanie received many awards for Salesperson of the year and Top Sales in the State of Oklahoma for Nissan. Joanie loved cooking and made it a point to get the family together for special occasions. She was passionate about music, especially singing and playing the piano.

If she had any spare time, it was enjoying the company of her family and friends. Joanie is preceded in death by her mother Louise Bogle. Joanie is survived by her husband Greg Stout of Muskogee: daughter Chandler Brestel and husband Andrew, and daughter Courtlyn Stout: father TJ Bogle and wife Glenda of Wagoner: brothers Bret Bogle and wife Gena of Muskogee, and Bart Bogle and wife Cara of Wagoner.

Joanie is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services celebrating Joanie’s life will be 1PM, Friday, May 10, 2019 at Timothy Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Payne officiating.

Interment will follow at Pioneer Cemetery in Wagoner. Pallbears will be Jess Pyle, Herman Thompson, Jeff Denton, Doug Humphrey, Gary Wright and Leonard Jackson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jason Hughes, Will Reynolds, Rick Vickers, Danny Littrell, Jeff Porter and Albert Jones.
