There will be no services at the funeral home. Joe is survived by his son, Joseph Short of Hilham, TN; 1 sister, Jeri Ann Short of Hilham, TN; 4 aunts, 4 uncles; very special friend, Betty Short as well as a host of other family and friends who also mourn his passing.
