Joe was born August 10, 1974 in Pearsall, Texas the son of Trinadad Vela and Modesta Aranda. He attended Delavan-Darien High School and was currently working in a factory.
He was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church. He is survived by his grandmother Julia G. Vela and his parents, Trinadad and Modesta. 3 brothers,Ruben, Eduardo and Adam.
