Obituary for John “Jack” Steffen PARROTTSVILLE, TENN – John R. “Jack” Steffen, Jr. of Falkville, Alabama, formerly of East Liverpool and Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away Thursday morning, November 22, 2018 at the home of his son in Parrottsville, Tennessee. He was 65. Born in East Liverpool, July 21, 1953, he was a son of the late John R. “Jack” Steffen, Sr. and Naomi Montgomery Bussard.

He worked as a manger of operations in both the financial and food industries. He is survived by his wife, Donna Green Steffen. The couple married January 15, 1972.

There are three children: a daughter, Michelle Miller and her husband, Mike, of Palm Coast, Florida, and two sons, John R. “Jack” Steffen, III and his wife, Brandie, of Falkville, Alabama, and Joshua Steffen and his wife, Brandy, of Parrottsville, Tennessee. He also leaves 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. A sister survives as well, Tracie Phifer and her husband, Anthony, of Deland, Florida.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Candy Steele. Friends may visit Monday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Jack’s son Joshua Steffen will conduct a funeral service Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Spring Grove Cemetery.
