Obituary for Lucas Lorenzo Joy Knoxville, TN – Lucas Joy, 31, of Knoxville, TN formerly of East Liverpool passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN after a sudden illness. Lucas was born January 1, 1987 in East Liverpool, Ohio a son of Frank and Elina Moraca Joy of East Liverpool. Lucas graduated from East Liverpool High School in 2005.
He loved music and enjoyed playing the guitar. Lucas was a very caring person and chose to help others through the gift of organ donation. Lucas was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Larry & Mary Jane Joy and maternal grandparents Giovanni and Valerie Moraca.
In addition to his parents Lucas is survived by his sister Dominique McClain of Industry, PA; two brothers Nathan and Logan Joy both of East Liverpool; nephew Pierce McClain of Industry, PA and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
