Obituary for John W. Monack John W. Monack, 56, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. A son of Frank and Deanna Senko Monack, who survive and reside in Belle Vernon, he was born in North Charleroi on July 2, 1962. Born and raised in the Mon Valley, John had resided here for the past 20 years and was formerly of Florida.

Catholic by faith and a U.S. Army veteran, he was employed as a supervisor for a HVAC company while in Florida. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, John Monack II, a sister, Linda Longo of Charleroi, and three brothers and a sister in-law; Frank and Jodi Monack of Belle Vernon, James Monack of Belle Vernon, and Michael Monack of Brownsville. John was preceded in death by his wife, Wendy Laney Monack.
