Jose Jesus Martinez, 24, was called by the Lord on November 2, 2018. He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandfather, Julian Cardenas and paternal grandparents. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Kassandra Escobedo; son, Jose Jesus Martinez; parents: Jose Refugio Martinez and Magdalena Martinez; siblings, Gustavo Rodriguez, Leonel Cardenas, Vanessa (Eduardo Chavarria) Martinez, Yvonne (Salvador del Monte) Martinez, and Joanna (Jesus Villarreal) Martinez, maternal grandparent, San Juana Cardenas, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A visitation was held on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, from the funeral home to St. Frances Cabrini Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow immediately at the City Cemetery. Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
