Survivors include his Daughter: Natasha Hales, Waupaca, WI; Parents: Timothy and Carla Hales, Waupaca, WI; Sister: Jacci Houtman, Ogdensburg, WI; Nephews: Cody Houtman, Superior, WI; Joshua Houtman, Ogdensburg, WI.

He was preceded in death by a son – Reuben Hales, Maternal Grandparents – Pershing and Gladys Petersen, and Paternal Grandparents – Clifford and Rose Hales. A Memorial Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at Rustic Woods Campground, E2585 Southwood Drive, Waupaca, from 4 until 8 PM on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018.
