Joseph’s Obituary Funeral services for Mr. Joseph Clay Howard, Sr. will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2019, in the Grace Christian Center, Glenmora with Pastor Gerald Simon officiating. Interment will follow in Butter Cemetery, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Glenmora. Mr. Howard, 59, entered eternal rest on Thursday, May 23, 2019 in his Glenmora residence.

Joseph was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing a round of golf in his free time. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Beatrice Howard and one brother, Aubrey Howard, Jr. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of twenty-seven years, Terri Howard, of Glenmora; one son, Joseph Howard, Jr. of Glenmora; two daughters, Toni Fitt and her husband, Wade, of Glenmora, Haley Kendrick and her husband, Brad, of Joaquin, TX; eight grandchildren, Abbie Johnson, Hayden Fitt, Devyn Fitt, Shannon Fitt, Jackie Fitt, Jayse Kendrick, Ryler Kendrick and Brayson Clay Kendrick.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are: Tommy Winegeart, Ricky Carter, Johnny Carter, Dylan Maricle, Steve Droddy and Darrin Cloud. Friends may call at Grace Christian Center, Glenmora, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2019. Visitation will resume on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
