Obituary for Joseph Michael “Mike” Brannon Sr. Joseph Michael Brannon, Sr., 82, passed away December 9, 2018. A native of Greenville County, he was a son of the late Joseph Henry and Pauline Edna Brewton Brannon, a self-employed construction employee, and a member of Washington Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Ruth Elizabeth Deese Brannon of the home; four daughters, Michelle Blower, Leslie Susie (John), Angie Henson (Byron), and Allison Stanley (Daniel) all of Greer; one son, Robert Arms all of Greer; one brother, Patrick Henry Brannon of Taylors; one sister, Sonya Miller (Butch) of Greer; eleven grandchildren, Kayla, Sean, Taylor, Rachel, Joshua, Abigail, Gabe, Destiny, Jacob, Emily, and Joey, and two great-grandchildren.

He was also predeceased by one son, Joseph Michael Brannon II and one sister, Theresa Brannon. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 14, 2018 at Washington Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. Drew Hines. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Friday prior to the service at the church.
