Josephine C. Kastelan, 93, of Butler passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler. Born January 23, 1925 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Elva McCool Beers. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her son, Stanley L. Kastelan of Butler and a daughter, Judith A. Kastelan of Wooster, OH. Two granddaughters, Aislinn O. Kastelan of Denver, CO, and Heather E. (Benjamin) Olson of Wooster, OH. Two great-grandchildren, Brody and Sophia Olson.

A brother, Eugene Allen of Fallon, NV and two sisters, Thelma McAnallen of Butler and Gayle Gatta of Ft. Myers, FL. Numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Kastelan whom she married August 16, 1940. He passed away December 5, 2007. A sister and four brothers.

There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St. Butler, PA 16001.
