Joshua Derek “Levi” Lutz, 31, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. Levi worked as a diesel mechanic for Borg Warner Turbos. He was a member of Francis Asbury United Methodist Church.

Levi loved the outdoors and enjoyed guns, four-wheeling, dirt bikes, fireworks, and camping. Surviving Levi is his loving wife, Amanda Kate Fitzjohn Lutz of Marshall, NC; mother, Sharon Lee Lutz; and his two dogs: Zoey and Turbo. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 4:00PM at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church, 725 Asbury Rd, Candler, NC 28715 with Pastor Michael Kurtz officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Western Carolina Rescue Ministries, 225 Patton Ave. Asheville, NC 28801.
