Joyce Irene White April 12, 1927 – March 12, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Berlin, VT Joyce Irene White, 91, of Jones Brook Road, Berlin, VT, passed away on Tuesday, March, 12th 2019. Joyce was born on April 12th, 1927 in Burlington, Vermont, the daughter of John E. and Ella Mae (Santamore) Buska. She attended schools in Middle.

She married Robert E. White at the Greystone Cottage in Lyme, New Hampshire. She worked many years at various jobs until retirement. Joyce enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.

Homemade breads and baked beans she shared with everyone. She loved working in her flower gardens. Her little dog, Dusty and her black cat, Bear were by her side for many years.

Most of all she enjoyed visiting with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. She is survived by her loving daughter Jean Herring and companion Roy E. Willard of Barre Town; grandchildren, Jo-Ann Herring and Bobby Franks of Berlin, William T. and Lucy Herring of Berlin, Jenny and Steve Carroll of Marshfield; great grandchildren, Dillon and Miranda Carroll, William III and Lindsey Herring; a sister, Pauline Nishan of Rutland, MA. She was predeceased by her husband Robert E. White, son in law, William L. Herring II; her sisters, Leona White, Ileen Simonds, Beatrice White, Isabelle Spires, Marion Garbaree and Betty Young; and her brothers, Kenneth Buska, Myers Buska, Morris Buska, Olin Buska, Donald Buska and William Buska.

A graveside service will be held in the spring at the North Branch Cemetery.
