Juanita Taylor Bruce, 93, widow of Fred Arthur Bruce, passed away on January 22, 2019 at her home. A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Ernest Lawrence and Hazel Snow Taylor, she was a retired employee of Startex Mills and a member of Green Pond Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Fredda and Reginald Turner of Landrum; one granddaughter, Amanda and Travis Durham; one great-grandson, Kai Durham along with nieces and nephews, John and Marise Sizemore, Helen Sizemore and Ott and Lynda Sizemore.

Mrs. Bruce was predeceased by one sister, Harriet Sizemore and one nephew, Luther Sizemore. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2019 at Green Pond Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Vince Gainey.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held 10:00-10:45 a.m. Friday at the church. The family is at the home of her daughter.
