Obituary for Judith “Judy” Hastings Judith “Judy” Hastings, 72, of Manilla, passed away on May 29, 2018 in Indianapolis. She was born on February 16, 1946 in Indianapolis to the late Bervin and Betty (Collier) Raab. Judy was a 1964 graduate of Lawrence Central High School.

She married Michael Hastings on July 3, 1971 and he survives. Judy resided in New Palestine for 36 years and owned and operated Crafts from the Heart. She attended Heather Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis many years.

Judy is also survived by her sons, Jonathan Hastings of Indianapolis and Joseph Hastings of Charlestown, IN; daughter, Julie (Shane) Lovins of Whitestown, IN; brothers, Daryl (Lynda) Raab of Manilla and Duane (Sheri) Raab of Rushville, sister-in-law, Judy Raab of Warren and 3 grandchildren, Brooke Lovins, Tao Lovins and Sara Beth Hastings. Judy is preceded in death by her brother, David Raab; newphew, Doug Raab; and 2 infant grandchildren, Andrew Lovins and Samantha Lovins. Services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 1 PM in Moster Mortuary, with Rev.

Gary Jordan presiding. Friends are welcome to visit the family on Friday at 11 AM until the time of service. Burial will be in Arlington East Hill Cemetery.
