Obituary for Julian David Anderson, Sr. Julian David Anderson Sr., age 68 of Myrtlewood, AL died January 10, 2019 at his home. He was born October 22, 1950 in Selma, AL to Julian Slater and Eleanor Anderson. He was a retired paper mill worker and was a member of Aimwell Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Adele Parkel Anderson; four sons, Julian David Anderson, Jr. (Danley), Christopher Allen Anderson (Jessica), Donnie Black (Joelle), and Timothy Black; two daughters, Kristina Anderson Franklin (Jerrod) and Jennifer Black Pearson (Ryan); brother, Jack Anderson (Elizabeth); three sisters, Janie Jones (Billy), Nell Dunaway, and Diane Waldrop (Daniel); fourteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julian Slater and Eleanor Anderson; two brothers, Jimmy Anderson and Allen Ray Anderson; sister, Alice Faye Slocum. Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Linden, AL on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon.

A private family graveside service will follow at Aimwell Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jack Anderson officiating. Arrangements by O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home.
