Karen Ruth Patterson October 19, 1942 – February 27, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Karen Ruth Patterson, age 76, of Shelbina, Missouri, formerly of Peoria, Illinois passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the Salt River Community Care Center in Shelbina, Missouri. Karen was born on October 19, 1942, in Kankakee, Illinois, the daughter of Alvin Fred and Lorene Ruth (Kukuck) Stehr. She was united in marriage to Larry Gene Patterson on March 19, 1970 in Bloomington, Illinois.

He survives. She is survived by her husband, Larry Patterson, of Shelbyville, Missouri; one son, Blaine Lee Patterson and wife Elizabeth of Haverford, Pennsylvania; one grandson, Will Patterson; one brother, Robert Stehr; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina, Missouri. A visitation will precede the service starting at 9:30 am.
