Karla Kay Green was born February 28, 1950 in Walters, Oklahoma to Warren Brown and Maxine (Rich). She passed away March 10, 2019 in Wentzville, Missouri at the age of 69. Karla was a beautician for many years in Edmond.

She loved her family, spending most of her time chasing her children and grandchildren from one event to the next. She was a long-time member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Wellston. Karla was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mike Green; husband of 48 years, Ted Green.

Survivors include her son, Jason Green and daughter-in-law, Elizabeth of Missouri; daughter-in-law Lou Ann Green of Wellston; (5) grandchildren, Darren, Devin, Destiny, Talon, and Tatum; (2) great-grandchildren and one on the way; along with other family and friends. A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services for Karla will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday March 13, 2019 at the Trinity Baptist Church with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
