Obituary for Kathryn Montou Kathryn Ruth Montou, 75, a resident of Grand Lake, LA passed from this life on January 6, 2019 in a local care facility. Kathryn was an avid hunter and fisherman in her younger days. She loved the outdoors and being on the water as much as possible.

She was a fantastic grandmother and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Elsie Reeves Smith, brothers, Gerald and Johnny Smith and sister, Nelda Smith. Kathryn leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Sharon Garza and husband Pat of Grand Lake, LA, and Barbara Savant and husband David of Kinder, grandchildren, Aaron Granger and wife Kristen, Shelly Granger, Bobby Garza, Cody Savant and wife Rachel, Katelynn Savant Dietz and husband Luke and Clayton Savant and wife Courtney, fourteen great grandchildren, sister, Carolyn Forse and husband Dean, and brother Marlin Smith.
