Katie Renee Carlsen, five months of Decatur, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, July 28, 2018. She was born in Elkhart, Indiana, on February 9, 2018 the daughter of Patrick and Marcie Carlsen whom survive. Katie is also survived by her brother, James, Grandparents, Sue Hemenway and Trevor (Chris) Carlsen, great grandparents, Marie Hemenway, Ken (Joan) Carlsen, Pete Montague and Carol Montague, aunts and uncles, Dan (Angie) Hemenway, Doug (Erin) Hemenway, Matt (Erin) Riggs, Sam (Amanda) Carlsen, Allen (Mindy) Carlsen and Laura Carlsen.

Katie is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jay Hemenway, Jr. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 beginning at 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave, Paw Paw.
