Kay Clements, age 67, went to be with her Savior Jesus Christ and many beloved family members, on February 24, 2019. She was born on March 26, 1951in Crestview, Florida to Robert and Lucy Collinsworth. Kay was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Crestview Ward.

Kay worked at Walmart and 1st Bank of Crestview. She loved music and played the piano and was a great cook. She enjoyed needle work, especially cross stitching and made many beautiful creations, mostly for gifts to her family and close friends.

Her proudest accomplishment was being mother to Candace and Adrienne, followed by her promotion to “Grandma” to Sarah. Her family was the center of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Tim Collinsworth and Charles Edward Collinsworth; and nephew, Adam Collinsworth.

Kay is survived by her husband of 45 years, Laurence Clements; daughters Candace Bourg and son-in-law Raymond Bourg and Adrienne Clements; brother, Ted Collinsworth and wife Sharlene; one granddaughter, Sarah Bourg; her 2 loving dogs: Beau and Huckleberry, and numerous nieces, nephews and family. A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Cotton Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home in Crestview. Guest book and condolences are available online at www.
