Obituary for Keith N. Werner Keith Werner, 86, of San Antonio, passed away on September 27, 2018. He was born in San Antonio to the late Herbert J. Werner and Lela Marburger on January 6, 1932. Preceded in death by his wife Lillian Zigmond Werner of 60 years, and brothers, Bruce and David.

He is survived by two sons: Alan Werner and wife Judy, and Jeffery Werner and Darlene D’ Ottavio; daughter, Donna Munro and husband Sam; seven grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Praeger. Served in the Army, graduated from St. Mary’s University, began his career at NWB Foundation, became Vice President, working on notable projects such as The Tower of Americas. One of the Founders of the Associated Sub Contractors and Associated Drilled Shaft Contractors of San Antonio.

Keith touched many lives while serving as BSA Scoutmaster of St. Gregory and St. Matthew Church. Ordained as a Deacon at St. Matthew Church on August 7, 1988 and served until the age of 75. Visitation on October 1, 2018 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South from 5pm to 9pm with the holy rosary to be recited at 7pm.
