Obituary for Kelly Miller Armstrong Frankfort – Kelly Miller Armstrong, age 48, passed away, and joined his grandmother, Irene Tandy shortly after her passing, on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. A Memorial Service for Kelly will be held at Peaks Mill Baptist Church on Sunday, September 23, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Lewis Adams officiating.

Kelly was born in Frankfort on December 21, 1969, to John Michael Armstrong and Sarah Mae Shelton Tandy (James). He worked alongside his brother in dry walling. He was an outdoorsman, and loved to fish and hunt.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Kody Armstrong Barry; siblings, Lorie Davis (Sean) and John Armstrong; and nieces and nephews, Brandi Norton (Coe), Lauren Ward (Neil), T.J. Shockley, and Sarah Beth Shockley. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
