Kenneth Joseph Schultz, 81, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday January 20, 2019. He was born September 25, 1937 in Underhill, WI. son of the late Walter and Lola (Hilgenberg) Schultz.

Ken married his high school sweetheart Judith Hubbard on June 22, 1960 in Gillett. Judith preceded Ken in death on May 22, 2002. Ken served his country in the U.S. Air Force.

He worked as a diesel mechanic for R.J. Kampo Trucking (Schneider); after Schneider closed he continued working for Service Motors Corporation until his retirement in 2010. Ken enjoyed spending his free time riding the Harley with Judy, hunting, fishing, and relaxing in Shawano. Ken is survived by his three children: Kenny Roy (Nicole), Wade (Kathy), and Wendy (Ted) Brockman; six grandchildren: Jereme (Nicole), Nick (special friend, Dayton), Megan (Louie) Gonzalez, Adam (Kayleigh), Tori (Josh) Gerritts, and Nikendra Schultz; eight great grandchildren; and his dog, Buddy.

Memorial service for Ken will be 11:00 AM on Saturday January 26, 2019 at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Mike Huff officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday morning beginning at 10:00 until the 11:00 AM service.

Full military honors will follow. Ken’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Barry and Bobby Visocky, who were very helpful to Ken over the years.
