Mr. Kenneth Paul Woodard, 81, of Ijamsville, Maryland died Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore. He was the loving husband of the late Anne Wellons Woodard who died September 2014. Born March 14, 1937 in North Carolina he was a son of the late Jethro P and Dorcas Betts Woodard.

Mr Woodard served in the U.S. Navy and was a very active member of the Tri County Baptist Church, Laytonsville, Md. He is survived by two children: David Woodard and wife Kelly of Ijamsville, Karen Forte and husband Russell of Ellicott City and five grandchildren. Friends may call at the Tri- County Baptist Church, 7821 Damascus Road, Laytonsville, Maryland 20882 on Thursday, December 27, from 10:00 a.m. until funeral services begin at 11:00 a.m. Reverend T. J. Johnson his pastor will officiate.

Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
