Obituary for Kenneth R. Brown Mr. Kenneth R. Brown, 83, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at his home in Sharpsburg surrounded by his family. Kenneth was born September 10, 1935 in Sargent, GA to the late Cecil Rudolph Brown & Louise Hinesley Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Kenneth Ricky Brown and siblings, Marianne Veal & Shirley Thurmond.

After high school, Mr. Brown joined the Army where he served in Germany and was also a veteran of the Korean War. Kenneth worked for International Harvester retiring as a diesel instructor. His true love was driving a bus for the Coweta County School System.

Mr. Brown loved helping many children and believed he was able to help them have a positive start to each school day. He was a longtime member of White Oak First Baptist Church. He loved his family and his Lord.

Kenneth enjoyed crossword puzzles, baseball and fishing with his family. Kenneth will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, and papa. The funeral is Friday, September 28, 2018 at 2 o’clock at the graveside at Hope Memorial Baptist Church, 2312 Fischer Rd, Sharpsburg with Rev.
