Kenneth R. Wisniewski, age 67 years, died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at McLaren-Bay Region. He was born on October 19, 1950 in Bay City. Ken graduated from Bay City Central High School, Class of 1968 and attended Delta College.

He was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (St. Stanislaus Kostka Church), Knights of Columbus and coached Area 9 Special Olympics, softball, basketball and flag football for 24 years. Ken retired from Bay City Powertrain in 2012 after 42 years of service. He… Read More » enjoyed traveling, the Red Wings, Tigers, crossword puzzles, watching TV and going to concerts and always shared a joke a day with anyone who would listen.

On May 31, 1975, Ken married Sharon Dominowski at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Sharon survives him along with their two daughters: Carrie Anne Wisniewski and Stacie Marie Crosier and friend Douglas Wallace; furry friend Jasmine; sister-in-law Diana (Ron) Hartley; many nieces, nephews and friends, especially, Kasie Van Idour, Cody Jasso and Iverson Wilson. Ken was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Pat and Dolores Dominowski and brother-in-law James Dominowski.

The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (St. Stanislaus Kostka Church), 1503 Kosciuszko Avenue in Bay City. Ken will lie in state at the church on Monday after 9:00 AM. Rev.

Fr. Richard M. Filary will preside with Rite of Committal following in St. Patrick Cemetery. In lieu of flower, contributions may be directed to the Area 9 Special Olympics.

Visiting hours are Sunday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, with the Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel. For on-line sentiments: www.
