On November 19th, 2018, Earl James Kurth, Sr. was taken to heaven by our dear Lord. He was the loving husband of the late Gloria M. Kurth; loving and devoted father of Elizabeth Frances Meeker, Gloria Baker, Jamie Dunkerly, the late Earl James Kurth, Jr., the late Teddy Dixon, and Terry Lee Karros; beloved “Grandfather” of Raymond Overfelt, Elizabeth Just, Teresa Swick, Michael Roach, Allen Fisher, Joshua Grim, Earl James Kurth, III, Zachary Dunkerly, Colton Baker, Destiny Hines, and 14 great grandchildren; and dear brother of David Kurth and his wife Carol, and sister Myra Lee Cain. A memorial gathering will be held at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd.

on Saturday, November 24th from 12 PM to 2 PM. A memorial service will begin at 1:30 PM.
