Mr. Terrance L. VanToll, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at his residence. The son of the late Vincent and Minerva (Kamischke) VanToll, he was born on October 9, 1947 in Caro. Terry served with the U.S. Navy during Vietnam.

He retired after 30 years of employment from Bay City Powertrain. Terry was a certified scuba diver and enjoyed motorcycle riding. Terry is survived by his wife of 20 years, Judy K. VanToll; his daughter, Teri (Jay) Keith of Westland;… Read More » step-daughter, Shelley (Dave) Wilson of Saginaw; a granddaughter, Tayler Keith; four step-grandchildren, Megan, Morgan, Matthew and Zachary; his sister, Rockie (John) Discher of Essexville; two sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Jim) Drzyzga and Arlene VanTol; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, Terry was also preceded in death by his uncle and aunt who raised him since childhood, Anthony and Myrtle VanTol; his son, Anthony “Tony” VanToll; two grandsons, Dustyn and Deyton Keith; and a brother, Gary VanTol. The Funeral Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Trahan Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Mr. E.J. Brown.

Military Honors conducted by the U.S. Navy and the Bay County Veterans Council will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at St. Patrick Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m. at the Trahan Chapel.
