Kenneth Stanley Dorsch, a longtime Naperville resident age 103, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. He was born on December 10, 1914 in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. He was the youngest son of Eugene and Lydia (Bruner) Dorsch.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lillian (Knosher); brothers Gordon and Elmer; sister Mabel and granddaughter Kerri Geyer. He is survived by his sons Richard (Cristi) and Gary (Barbara) and daughter Barb (Mike) Walaszek, 3 nieces, 6 grandchildren and 5 great… Read More » grandchildren. Ken was an avid golfer in the Naperville area scoring 5 aces in his lifetime.

Ken was an Army veteran, who was very proud to serve in WWII. He worked for the A&P Grocery company for 40 years, first as a butcher in Naperville, and later as a meat processing plant supervisor in Chicago. Donations in Ken’s memory can be made to a charity of your choice.

A visitation will be held on sunday, June 17 from 3 until 7 p.m. at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral homes & Crematory, 516 S. Washington St, Naperville. A chapel service will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.mm. at the funeral home with visitation from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.

Interment will follow at the Naperville Cemetery.
