Xenia E. Stryszak (nee Tysiak), age 83, of Plainfield, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. She was born on March 7, 1935 in Chicago, IL. Xenia was a former Chicago school teacher, a member of AAUW, school board and community volunteer as well as an avid gardner.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Helen (nee Chudzik) Tysiak, Sr.; her beloved husband, Edwin Stryszak, Jr.; and brother Edwin Tysiak, Jr. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018, 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Dr., Naperville, IL. Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, 12:00 p.m., St. Mary Immaculate Church, 15629 IL-59, Plainfield, IL.
