Obituary for Kurien M. Mathews Kurien M. Mathews, age 77 of Rowlett, TX, passed away July 25, 2018. He was born March 11, 1941, in India to Mathew and Aleyamma Kurien. Kurien was married in India to Kunjunjamma Thomas on January 22, 1970, and they shared 48 wonderful years.

He was a registered nurse, retired from Pilgrim State Psychiatric Center of New York. Kurien is survived by his loving wife: Kunjunjamma Mathews of Rowlett, TX; son: Anil Mathews of Redmond, WA; brothers: Kurien Philip of Philadelphia, PA, and Kurien Kurien of India; sister: Saramma Daniel of India. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Sheril Mathews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rowlett Location with Rev. Dr. Abraham Mathew officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
